Team

The reward of seeing growth in children, not only through daily tracked data, but also in the excitement of parents when their children use the new skills outside of the T&K environment continues to drive us to improve and innovate programming and the ABA methods employed by therapists.

Our team is composed of highly educated and experienced team members who pride themselves on the fidelity, reliability and validity of their work.

T&K has had the pleasure of calling Chrissy a team member for over 10 years.  As our longest serving team member, Chrissy has brought great consistency and predictability to many of our long time clients.  Chrissy has a wealth of experience with managing disruptive behaviours and helping kids overcome learning barriers.  Engaging, learning and growing; keys to success for any child.  With a background in Psychology which compliments her training in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Chrissy has a gentle and soft spoken demeanour that facilitates her success with a wide variety of children. Experience working with a variety of neurodiverse learners as well as genetic disorders and mental health concerns leads to a wealth of knowledge.  These attributes, in addition to excellent consistency and patience, make Chrissy a great candidate to set your child up for success while working through their individualized intervention plan. Not being able to imagine another position as fulfilling as this, Chrissy hopes to continue her education with a Masters of Education in ABA.
