Team
The reward of seeing growth in children, not only through daily tracked data, but also in the excitement of parents when their children use the new skills outside of the T&K environment continues to drive us to improve and innovate programming and the ABA methods employed by therapists.
Our team is composed of highly educated and experienced team members who pride themselves on the fidelity, reliability and validity of their work.

Kayla Yip
Behaviour Therapist
Kayla is a superstar therapist whose popularity is matched by none. Even during our COVID-19 shut down, families reported many requests by their children for “Kayla”. Kayla’s bright, energetic and enthusiastic personality has children gravitate to play with her. Through this exciting play, Kayla teaches them skills to engage, learn and grow. Because of her background in Social Work, Kayla has the ability to empathize and connect with children on a meaningful level. This connection encourages children to work hard to achieve their programming goals and build on their small successes each day.
